Love these! I use one for just dessert stuff, like browning butter, making caramel, mixing cookie dough, scrapping snacks when toasting that may have sugar. I use the other one for savory foods, sauces, stir frying, etc.My first set had a problem with the coating was missing, reached out to the company, they asked for pictures to show the discrepancy and sent me a new set. Really appreciated the quick assistance.Love the product, saw it first on IG, with someone mixing cookie dough/ browned butter, had to find out what it was she was using, searched Amazon and I found it! Highly recommend this product.

I love these things. They fit nicely in my hand, do a good job when I’m cooking scrambled eggs or moving food around in the pan, they are easy to clean (I hand wash them), and they are not plastic. Also, the skinny end works well to scrape out the remaining contents of my smoothies from my Vitamix. Plus, spurtle is just a fun word to say. “Honey, where is my spurtle?” lol. I highly recommend.

Substantial pieces of wood, beautiful graining. I do think it was a little misleading about their advertising that very thin edge for flipping. This is thick and strong, and only starts to really taper down from 1/4 inch to the edge 1/2 inch from the end, so it's not like some thin spatula. I had thought it'd be thinning from farther back so it'd be easier to get under something like an egg. I doubt I'd be able to flip any delicate or thin food, but bigger, tougher things would be fine. I'm keeping them, though, because they will have their uses, and they are pretty wood utensils.

Looks great and performs as advertised. Love the teakwood and getting 2 is a nice bonus. Perfect for my cast iron and griddle!
