Broccoli sprouts contain an important and very powerful chemical Sulforaphane.It's powers go well beyond supporting the immune system, but you'll have to look it us to see the real benefits, as I can't describe them here, as it will not comply with Amazons T&Cs THis is a great way to ingest sulforaphane, as it's already encapsulated in a small easy to take capsule. Sure, you could grow or buy the broccoli sprouts but you need to eat a lot to get this dose. I was very happy to find this supplement and can recommend it, especially if you have a certain health condition.

I have written to the company. I have had a gut instinct about Thai capsule since receiving. On a whim I opened it and was surprised to find a white powder that doesn’t taste of much. On comparison to my last broccoli sprout capsule I became increasingly concerned & surprised. The look, taste and consistency of the powders is polar opposite. I will remove Thai review if I am proven wrong but currently I am not taking any more. I do not trust this product and will update accordingly. Update The company claim they are using chemicals to whiten the power. At a vegan product , this makes no sense. No other broccoli sprout product has done this. The product just looks and tastes like flour. I would avoid.

I have regularly taken broccoli and kale supplements for some time now. They always look green and have a vegetable smell about them. Cruciferous vegetables have some great benefits and it's worth doing your own research if you are unsure if they could be a good fit for you. If you look at my photo you will see one of my green supplements along side the BodyGenix white broccoli supplement. I am also confused as to why these are white in colour and different from all my others. With supplements, you can't be 100% certain that they are working for you so you do have to put your trust in the companies making them that they are what they say they are. A bit more information is needed here I'm afraid before I would be willing to swap from my regular broccoli supplements to these.

This supplement says both broccoli sprout extract and TMG on it. Under ingredients it shows TMG, so I am unsure if it is even relevant to call it broccoli sprouts extract. The capsule contains a white powder which is consistent with other TMG supplements, but other broccoli sprouts extract supplements have been green. I think this should be rebranded to be a TMG supplement, as that is clearly what this is, and it is not relevant to mention broccoli sprouts extract. Personally I would not recommend this as i am not confident of the ingredients list.
