Holds lots of weight and ease to use. Only concern was having to make large holes in the drywall or metal studs to insert everything in. Mounted shelves and TVs no problem!

Used these toggles to mount a TV Wall Mount on a metal stud, and works perfectly! Comes with bolts with 1/4-20 Fastener size, and easy to snap off once the anchors are in place. Holds very well! I highly recommend! A+++

The plastic arms break too easy and resulted in the loss of 2 down inside the wall while trying to move them around to spread and hold securely.
