The adhesive backing is strong and holds well, even on slightly textured surfaces. I didn’t need any extra clips or tools.Brightness is great — more than enough to light up my kitchen counters, and the color options are vibrant without being harsh. The remote is responsive, and I love the adjustable brightness and different lighting modes. Whether I’m going for cozy or colorful, these strips deliver.They’ve been running daily for weeks now with no issues — no flickering, no dim spots, and no peeling. I also appreciate that they remember the last setting after being turned off, which is a small but helpful feature.Overall, these LED strips are a fantastic value.

Got these Govee LED strip lights (the 100ft version) for my kid’s room and they’ve been awesome so far. The lights are super bright and the colors really pop. Just peel the backing and stick it where you want it. Took maybe 20 minutes to get it all up. They are a great length and if they are too long you can cut them at special gold strips, the light up a room, and is a great light for the cost. They seem very durable, and I love the fact it comes with a simple remote and a phone app you can use.

I have mixed feelings about the light strips. I bought these to replace my old ones, and later found out it wasn't Alexa compatible like my old ones (not a strike, I can work around it), but my real issue is the brightness. With cold light at 100% brightness, my room still feels dim. I get that it's supposed to create ambiance, but with my old Govee lights (discontinued), I could use them as my main light source. I will say that I'm happy that my old DIYs are transferred to the new strips in the app, so I guess it's all good. I wasn't used to the lights at first because I've never used single strip lights before, and my old ones were split strips. It actually makes my walls look cleaner, and after installing my curtains, it makes my room feel cozier and magical. Now I just use them as a nightlight when going to bed.

I have the set up in my room and the lights are really good the only thing I would say about this product is that when you say turn it purple it’s kind of more of a blue and it doesn’t get every single color perfectly so that’s the only thing I would recommend you look into

the lights look good under the cabinet, the remote works well, lights the cabinet area good. Satisfied
