I take this as a dietary supplement almost daily. Your diet is deficient in iodine, guaranteed. This is a great brand, natural and pure. I recommend.

Because of the pharmaceutical industry, the US government has reduced the intake levels of iodine so low that the human body cannot function properly. This condition creates countless numbers of disorders that the pharmaceutical industry makes billions of dollars a year on. The human body needs certain levels of iodine to function properly and without it, we get sick. Everybody knows this and yet government allows it to happen for the sake of a few dollars. You need iodine to survive! And the delusional idea that you get enough iodine from salt is a pharmaceutical farce!!!
