does product really work

The product does help, but you have to be consistent. When I started I tried the smaller spring, but I noticed it didn't really have any tension so I switched it to the medium spring, and I started to feel like I was actually working my neck muscles, but now I am using the large one that one works out your neck and chin muscles. My friend who got this product had to start with the large spring so she can feel like she was working her neck muscles so you'll have to see which one will work for you to start, but consistency is key. My friend now does it twice a day, and I believe she does more reps than what the instructions tell you. You can adjust the times you do it for what you works for you.

I'm 54 and have a double chin and thought that this would work because your exercising the muscles. Didn't work ! I used it faithfully for 4 months and saw NO improvement at all . I started using it just like they say to and was all the way up to the final step and still NO RESULTS. Don't waste your money.

Can the Springs be bought sepately

I have no idea. I used it for a while just as it came. It worked pretty well & then I gave it away to a friend.

don't know why not....guys have aging necks too! :-)
