I was having a painful, tender gall bladder whenever I ate. Also my right shoulder and scapula hurt after eating, especially nuts, fats or proteins (a symptom of gall bladder problems). I did a few of the Core Level Bile a day for about a month and the pain and tenderness are virtually gone. And I have no problem eating nuts/protein now.

One of my other favs as my pancreas is sluggish. I do not break down oil.With this product I am able to replace introduce a little oil in my salad.
