Sabiendo regular bien el tiro de aire es fácil controlar bien la temperatura y te permite cocinar para 2 o 3 personas buenos asados y parrilladas, mantienen muy bien el calor en su interior.

Très bien mais il faut savoir qu'on ne retrouve pas le fumé des barbecues traditionnels.

Produit absolument fabuleux. Facile d'utilisation On peut tout faire : pizzas cuites en 3 minutes , poulet rôti comme dans un four de cuisine, fumage des viandes et des poissons et grillades comme dans un bbq classique. Allumage hyper simple: charbon de bois dans la cuve, 2 ou 3 cubes d.allumage fermer le couvercle en ouvrant à fond les 2 prises d'air et le tour est joué. Pas besoin de souffler sur les braises. Ça marche tout seul!!!! Le prix est élevé... Mais ça vaut le coup!

A charcoal basket help the grill to receive more air and its easy to clean. Perfect size for a family of four. Its suprisingly capable and a joy to cook on.
