Apple iPhone XR 64GB - Coral (Refurbished)

I picked up this renewed Apple iPhone XR (64GB, White) after losing my previous phone, and I couldn’t be happier with the purchase. It arrived in excellent condition — no scratches, dents, or signs of wear — and looked practically brand new right out of the box. Performance-wise, it runs smoothly with no issues. Ordered night before and arrived next day as scheduled on Christmas Eve. Really impressed. Phone looks as new and set up quickly and easily. Good value phone to tide over the festive season due to a sudden breakage.

I’m never bought a second hand phone from anywhere before so I was sceptical about it, however, I am so so happy with my phone. It arrived on time, perfectly packaged and the phone is in immaculate condition. I can’t recommend them enough. 10/10

Love it smaller phone so battery life just ok-good not a big phone user so find it great looks expensive in red indistinguishable from new.

Backed by the 1-year Amazon Renewed Guarantee. - This pre-owned product is not Apple certified, but has been professionally inspected, tested and cleaned by Amazon-qualified suppliers. - No signs of cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.) will be visible when the product is held 30 centimetres away". The one day delivery arrived on the third day. The phone was well packaged. The case had a deep scratch on the back that could be seen at arm's length and there was some wear around the edges of the phone. There were mild scratches on the screen but these were not visible when the phone was turned on. Battery capacity was reasonable at 88%. The phone worked well but the speaker on the front, near the camera, had too low a volume to hear incoming calls. Worked through the Apple support site/YouTube/online to go through all possible options to no effect. The phone is a nice phone but is not of any use as a phone if phone calls are not audible so I returned it. On a positive note the Amazon return service was very straightforward although the refurbishing company need to wait 5-7 days to give a refund. A refurbished phone seems like a very good idea but this phone was not 'professionally tested and inspected' and I would be cautious about using Amazon Renewed again

Excellent condition and reasonable price,

I had a 2016 iPhone SE which had battery problems. I had to charge it so often it was hard to do anything with it. I wanted a second hand phone that was still being sold on apple website and found this XR on Amazon resell website. It’s a 128GB phone and it came with a 88% battery health. At £298, it was a bargain and has been working superbly for the last month I have had it. I would rate it as excellent value for money and because it’s still being sold on apple store, I know it will have support for a lot of years to come. It can however lag on some power hungry games, but that’s a minor thing, because I am not a big gamer anyway. Coming from a phone with a physical home button to an all screen one has been a learning curve. As good as face recognition is, you always have to pick up the phone or angle your face right for it to unlock. This can become annoying when you have your phone on the desk/table and need to unlock it. With the home button, you just had to place your finger on the button and voila! This is literally a minor issue. It’s kinda like going from a manual car to an auto. The experience will be different but either has its own pros and cons.

Hola buenos días, voy a explicar el por qué de una estrella, ya que es un conjunto de problemas. Nada más me llego el teléfono, tuve el problema, de que, la batería se descargaba y el total de vida de la batería, bajo de 91% a 89% en dos horas…luego bajo de nuevo en una semana más o menos hasta el 71%…yo contacté con el vendedor y tuvimos nuestros problemas, ya que, yo trabajo con el teléfono, no me puedo quedar sin el. Ellos me dijeron que no tenían un cambio para el teléfono, aún habiendo publicados, en la propia ap de Amazon, por lo que les comunique, que me acercaría al establecimiento. Me acerqué junto a mi madre, como el trato hacía mi fue malo, entro mi madre pidiendo un iPhone XR rojo, teniendo en la tienda 5 terminales iguales, entonces ahí, es cuando hablamos con ellos y les explicamos la situación, la muchacha que nos atendió muy maja, pero su superior, es el que se puso exaltado con nosotros dando negativa a casi cualquier cosa. Al final me cambiaron la batería, insinuando que era aprobada por Apple y que en 3 días o una semana se quitaría el aviso de Reparación de Batería. Por desgracia no fue así, me pusieron una batería ILEGAL, por lo que antes de ir a verlos fui a una tienda de iPhone y me explicaron que aparte de devaluar el precio del teléfono, era posible que también estropease el teléfono, sin contar que cualquier garantía de iPhone, se elimina. El caso, es que contacte con ellos nuevamente, me dijeron que eran muy buenas baterías, que no abría problema, pero que por cualquier cosa ellos tenían la original, por lo que me quede más tranquila, confiando en ellos, avisándoles de que tal vez un día me pasaría para que lo revisasen ya que me volvió a fallar unos días, sin poder cargarlo, ni de forma inalámbrica, ni por cable…luego continúo bien y al final no fui. Hasta que fallo de nuevo, pero esta vez iba relentizado el teléfono, no era capaz de abrir casi nada, por lo que contacté para devolver el teléfono y ya. Entonces el encargado, contestó insinuando el mal uso por mi parte, dándome muy poca seguridad para darles el teléfono sin estar delante, ya eran demasiados problemas…entiéndanme. Entonces se ha quedado en ir a que vean el teléfono, pero quiero, que todo quede aquí, para que alguien no vuelva a pasar por algo parecido, no recomiendo la tienda. Evidentemente no tienen por que salir todos los teléfonos malos, pero como te salga malo…creo que es la peor atención al cliente que he visto, ya que en todo momento se me ha puesto en duda o engañado (como lo de la batería). Me siento con muy poca seguridad, al final, la conclusión, es que colaboradores externos NO, Amazon no está preparado al completo para proteger 100% a sus clientes con colaboradores externos (también en gran parte culpa mía, por la necesidad del terminal). Seguiré comprando en Amazon ya que ellos en TODO MOMENTO me han querido ayudar, dentro de sus posibilidades. ESO ES UNA BUENA ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE.

Me llegó en buenísimo estado y como nuevo de paquete

Es la primera vez que compro in móvil reacondicionado y bueno me arriesgué y bastante contenta. El movil llegó rápido y en bastantes buenas condiciones. Venia con cargador incluido, que hasta la fecha de hoy funciona bien. En cuanto al móvil, esta perfecto y funciona todo correctamente. Tenia miedo con la batería por los comentarios, pero lo pedí en estado excelente y me llego con 100% de salud de batería, asi que super contenta. Es verdad que la batería se va rápido, no se si será por ser reacondicionado o por ser iphone, o porque lo uso bastante, pero no me llega a durar un día completo. La única pega, por ponerle alguna, es que en la parte trasera de la cámara tiene un rasguño, pero eso no impide que funcione mal la cámara o pierda calidad. Eso con una funda no se ve, y a simple vista tampoco, hay que fijarse muy bien. En resumen, después de un mes, me va super bien el móvil. Estoy contenta con la compra, y lo he puesto a prueba todas las funciones y va todo muy muy bien.
