Vibration Solution Industrial Silent Feet - Anti-Vibration Pads for Generators, Air Compressors and Power Equipment - Blue, Round, Sorbothane

Looking at the pictures on the package would leave one to believe that these pads can be mechanically attached to machine. Instead I found that they are placed under the "mounting point", That may be fine for stationary tool, but for a portable compressor it is not practical to be placing them under the machine every time it is moved. Suggest the manufacturer should change it's packaging photos or text to make that clear. I am returning the pads to Amazon

These feet truly do what they are designed to do. After placing them under my generator's feet the noise and vibration dropped to half. A great item for the money!!!

So these things are decent at reducing vibration. I have about 8 supporting my work desk from a giant AC unit that shakes the whole floor and they really work at making life better for me at work. Now when I place a drink on my desk it doesn't show ripples on the surface from the floor shaking like it did before using them..
