Amazing Product 🤩
This product is incredible. I tried so many others to remove scale from my saltwater hot tub to no avail. This product bonded to the byproducts, brought them to the surface in a cauldron of foam, and I was easily able to remove the dirty foam with a skimmer. My spa is crystal clear! Do not hesitate to purchase.

Foam cleaner hot tub works great
This was fun to use. It really foams up … I was ready to hose down side of hot tub … the foam was white our hot tube wasn’t very dirty. Would use it again- have enough in jar for another time we have a small Bull Frog hot tub.

I read that Ahh-Some was the best product on the market
To provide some context, I purchased a house with a 2014 Marquis Spirit. I never owned a hot tub before so I was unsure as how to properly clean it. After some research, I drained the tub and scrubbed everything and replaced the filter. When I used the tub for the first time it was at night. I noticed several white flakes in the water after running the jets. To make a long story short, the previous owners neglected the hot tub for about 18 months. I called out a hot tub repair service and they informed me that I had a biofiilm problem. I paid $300 to have the tub purged. I thought this would solve the problem, but I noticed a scum line the day after they purged. The tub would also fill with white flakes after running the jets. I called the company and they said this was normal and should stop after a few cycles... It didn't.After some more research, I read that Ahh-Some was the best product on the market. I ordered the large container and purged the tub 3 more times. Not only did I purged the tub, I vacuumed out all of the jets after purging. Much to my dismay the white flakes didn't go away. At this point, I was debating cutting the tub in half with a chain saw out of frustration. In a last ditch effort, I bought some Serum Watercare Total Cleanse Gel. I purged twice before draining with this product. After I purged it the second time, I let the product sit in the tub for a week (I live in Oregon and it was pouring rain for a week straight). Then I drained the tub, vacuumed the lines, and scrubbed every surface of the tub with "Off the Wall". This was the fourth time that the tub was purged.I refilled the tub and also purchased the "Hot Tub Serum Total Weekly Maintenance" product which is what this company recommends as the second step to the "Total Cleanse Gel". I have not seen one white flake sense. I am going on 3 months of using the tub since refilling and the water is pristine. I took it into a spa shop to have my water tested and it came back great. The only thing even remotely wrong with my water was I am approaching the Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) limit. Of course, this is due to adding the other chemicals and shocking and not as a result of using the Watercare RX products. As you can imagine, I am extremely happy with both products purchased from this company. If you have a biofilm problem don't waste your time with other products, use the Total Cleanse Gel and Weekly Maintenance Serum. I add the weekly product every Sunday and will be re-ordering once I run out. These products turned my hot tub from a nightmare into something that my wife and I enjoy a few times per week.

Deep Clean for our gross Hot Tub
I was shocked and disgusted by how gross my hot tub was and seeing the gunk that came out of the pipes after using this product! It really does a great deep clean and flushes the system. I ended up doing it twice because our pipes were so bad and this brought everything to the surface!

Hot Stuff!
The spa repairman had recommended this since we only use the spa a few months a year. There was stuff clogging the pipes and this transformed it all and made everything right again.

Tiny amount
Not sure how effective this is. You put in a dab and it takes a good while to dissolve. It leaves scum that you are not sure if it came from the hot tub or the gunk you put in. The container is very small.

Must Have for Hot Tub Cleaning
One word you don't often hear on the spa showroom is biofilm. But it's there and will need to be cleaned out every time you change the water approx every 3 months. I keep my spa "meticulously" clean but use this serum to clean the internal pipes before draining the water. It's amazing what it flushes out. Greasy, brown biofilm coating the internal plumbing where it can't be seen. Even if your water is sparkling clear, trust me, you have it and need this (or a similar) product to clean out the pipes before adding fresh water. All I know is this stuff works (see photo). I also use their other liquid serum for weekly maintenance. That also works, but you still need this product for quarterly flush.

Works as it should
I used the amount prescribed on the container for my 300-gal hot tub. I turned on my tub jets for 30 minutes. Do NOT close your hot tub lid. The hot tub started heavily foaming (which is expected) and a lot of yellow-brown gunk was flushed out of the pipes, so this product worked as advertised. I then drained the hot tub completely, wiped down the walls, removed the gunky residue, hosed the whole tub down to rinse, replaced the filter, and refilled the tub. The whole process (including refilling) took about 4 hours. The purple serum works well.
