This is a great product. I chose this system because we needed the space under the sink and felt this would be perfect for our needs.If you want quality customer service Frizzlife is the the company for you. They are by far the best when it comes to helping and resolving your issues.INSTALLATION: Ww chose to hire our plumber since we are getting up there in age and didn't want to get under the sink. Glad we did because our pipes needed a coupler to reduce the size, otherwise, the installation went well, and was up and running in no timeWATER QUALITY:The water tastes great, better than bottled water. The flow is a bit slow, but so are all the reverse osmosis systems we had in the past.PROBLEMS: There was an issue with the flow. The flow started out strong but then it would decrease to to no flow then back to the original flow rate. I contacted customer service and was pleasantly surprised that they responded within the day. They were so comprehensive and helpful and I couldn't have asked for more.RESOLUTION OF PROBLEM:After numerous emails it was determined that the rate was what was advertised, but they sent me a FREE mini tank that would resolve the issue with what is called water lag. The mini tank arrived within 2 days. The hookup was extremely easy. We did have to purchase extra tubing in order to complete the installation, but it cost less than $10 on Amazon.I am so glad I chose Frizzlife and would recommend them without hesitation.

The product is incredibly easy to install, thanks to a detailed manual with clear, picture-based instructions. I was able to set it up within 30 minutes without any issues. The water flow is impressive, and after running the system for about five minutes, the TDS reading dropped below 10, indicating excellent filtration. The filtered water tastes clean, with no strange odor or taste whatsoever. I'm very pleased with this filter and will definitely purchase from this company again in the future.

Excellent productThis is my second purchase, the first was a top counter reverse osmosis and without a doubt it has been one of the best purchases I have made. One can immediately identify the taste of the water. Durable, easy to use. I remember that I did an exhaustive search until I found this brand. I tried it and was totally satisfied.The customer service is outstanding, when I have needed them, they have responded immediately, which is important for this type of product.100 percent recommended.

Works great. Installation is not an issue as this was a replacement for a 20 year old Kenmore system and I had installed another unit in my second home 2 years ago. Review installation videos on the Frizzlife site and on YouTube. My system is remotely located in my downstairs utility room and the connections to the 2 RO faucets and the 2 icemakers were already in place. There is a noticeable humming noise when the system is creating RO water. In my utility room that is not an issue. In my second home, the system is under the sink and the noise is noticeable but tolerable. I recommend a 1+ gallon surge tank - Mine is 2 gallons. This gives you almost a gallon of RO without pressure drop-off. My first order, when received and installed leaked. The leak was internal and it had nothing to do with the installation. Frizzlife was very good about dealing with it and they ended up sending me a new one which did not leak.The quality of the water is excellent, but there are a few drawbacks to having this type of system.The first one is that it’s noisy. It almost sounds like a small plane landing from a distance when in operation. The second drawback is the pressure. When first engaging the faucet valve the water pressure decreases almost to a trickle, and in some cases stops for a second or two before the pump catches up and restores pressure and from that point it works fine. Those are the only two criticisms of this unit I have at this point. The water is very good. The size of the unit itself is compact and nicely contained. Frizzlife themselves were very easy to communicate with and responsive to resolve the first situation I had. The unit is good but it does have some drawbacks.

The Frizzlife Reverse osmosis PX500 is one of the best purchases we have made, the water taste fresh and clean, we stopped buying bottle water and started using our own cups this has saved us plenty of money we also love how easy it is to change the filters and how compact it is. Absolutely love it.
