Sturdy and tight seals, have had these for a year and use them all the time, freezer, fridge, microwave, they work with all of them and their dishwasher safe.

I ordered the small square containers that have been sold for a number of years. I received a product that does not look like the one I ordered - it is a newer version with a different shape (not square) and a different lid. The problem is, that I have, for years organized a large drawer of storage containers using only the older version of this product in various sizes. They all fit in there perfectly (about a hundred of different sizes). Now I cannot replace the ones that I have given away or have broken, etc...Please make the older product again. Just because you make a new product does not mean we will now replace our other items with it. Many of the other reviewers say they do not like this new shape either. They do not fit in the refrigerator the same way, nor in storage drawers. What were you thinking? It reminds me of the Coca Cola fiasco years ago - where they changed a great product for no good reason (with really unwise marketing advice) and lost millions in sales. Any way for me to buy up all the leftovers of the older product that you might have somewhere?

These were great as they match the old style containers I have in my kitchen cabinets. I didn't want to buy a whole bunch of new storage containers to replace perfectly good ones to be able to stack in my cabinets.

Not the original square, but more rounded. Squares are more efficient for space, but these work almost as well. I believe they were meant for sandwiches. I use different shaped loaves so that was never my need. I use mine for portioning up and freezing meals I make in bulk: soups, marinara, etc. They are very leak proof which is huge -- the competition manufacturer doesn't work as well.

I should have believed some of the reviews. These are great food containers, but they are not what is shown in the picture. What I received have the same volume (20 oz) that I expected but they have much rounder edges (a square with bulgy sides, when viewed from the top), which makes them more circular and they therefore take a lot more room in your refrigerator. They are not at all compatible with the old ones we purchased maybe ten years ago that are in fact the ones show in the Amazon web site picture. The ones in the picture are the ones that we wanted, not what we got.

This product has been redesigned and is inferior to earlier iterations. The new lids don't go on easily, and the containers have a less streamlined shape that doesn't fit in the drawer I keep them in as well as the older version. Although the outer dimensions are larger, the capacity is not greater.

They ok but doesn't stack well.

Since getting these I find I use them almost every night to save leftovers. Lid and container seal tightly, they are easy to clean and of course they keep food fresh. I have tried the less expensive brand and they just don’t seal as well as these. Problem is I find that I give most of them away after parties!
