As a child. I remember helping my Mother's giving me the task of dryingand scoring the nuts for desert or to serve after dinner with fruits and desserts. Most of the time, the nuts.were either moldy or were very diffulyt to remove the skins. What a let down.Ome years ago I discovered these nuts on Amazon and am so pleased to have a childhood favorite so satisfying!!
