This pack is excellent for on the move excursions. I liked the pack so much that I had my job site acquire one for service duty. The items included are a good starting point and the backpack can definitely accommodate additional items.

I got this for four wheel drive backcountry trips and I'm very pleased with it. It is a very well designed pack made with heavy duty materials. There is a lot of storage space and, unlike most first aid bags, you can easily carry it if you need to get to someone in distress in a remote location. I like the way the front opens and lays flat, allowing easy access to the contents while the pack is sitting upright. It's a good idea to add some additional smaller bags to organize your gear inside.One downside is that It is made in China like most items that are sewn these days. That said, it is still a high quality product. It would be great if the manufacturer considered moving their production to the USA. I think the kind of people who buy quality gear like this are usually willing to pay more for that.

My husband has been a firefighter/ EMT for over 25 years & we purchased this bag to be used for our traveling hockey team's med bag. Previous bags have found it hard to last a whole season, were a pain to carry or couldnt be easily organized for our needs.This bag held up to our 10 month season being hauled thousands of miles all over Alaska & the lower 48. It is easy to organize, holds a ton, is comfortable to carry & still looks new.

I really like this bag. It seems to be well made and I like the colors. It's comfortable to wear. I use it for basic first aid and contract work. Seems to have enough room for most of the things I need but I do wish it was just a little larger.

This backpack is so handy and useful for my boyfriend, he absolutely loves being able to help people and us with this product it’s a 5/5 from me💞

Excellent craftsmanship, and excellent customer service

Nice bag, well made. Smaller than I was thinking it would be. The pockets are also deep, so you’ll need some cases to make use of them. Would have been nice if they had included a few for the price. The orange cards in the ID windows don’t even come with it!I wanted to put together a jump kit to take when we travel and this works well. Not sure anyone working an EMT or paramedic shift would have enough room in this bag.

I've used this bag for several months now and I love it. It's been rained on, set down in the mud, been in the hot sun, and zipped and unzipped a bunch. It has plenty of room for a good amount of first aid supplies without being too heavy and too huge to carry. Zippers are sturdy and slide easily. The base of the bag has feet and a strong bottom that has not leaked or allowed my supplies to get wet. It also stands upright on its own very well. Doesn't sag or fall over when set down. You'll need to buy some small bags to keep your supplies organized inside this larger bag. Well worth the reasonable price.
