Excellent! Easy on stomach and effective

Every Integrative Therapeutics product I’ve used has been a quality product with high quality ingredients. The active b-complex is no exception. I like it because I get what I need without having to taste the icky b vitamin taste so common with other b vitamins. The capsules aren’t huge and they’re easy to take. I take it because I had gastric bypass and must take vitamins. I appreciate that I’m able to easily get my daily intake which helps me feel my best. It’s a great price too!

Great product, it works very well.

I have taken this vitamin for more than 3 years with very good tolerance. Recent bottle has that terrible "vitamin smell" and I feel nauseous after taking with food. I wonder if ingredients have changed? Unfortunately, I will have to look for another brand because of the current intolerance.
