Will this fit a 2014 ford fusion?

I think it’s more for older GM cars. Fit my 1987 cutlass perfectly

Will it fit 2014 Lexus RX350 ?

I would say: not likely, as this is the type most commonly used by GM and other US auto makers. None of the Toyotas I own or have owned use this type cap.
