Metamucil 4-in-1 Psyllium Husk Fiber Supplement, Sugar-Free, 180 teaspoons, Orange Flavored, Daily Fiber Powder for Digestive Health, made with Plant-Based Psyllium Husk Fiber

This is pretty much the best fiber supplement out there for me. It is extremely important to follow the directions when using this as it is mad with psyllium husks. The fiber supplement can get very thick and gel like if allowed to sit for too long, but otherwise it goes down smooth. The orange flavor is a pleasant artificial orange and it works well in smoothies. I like to combine this and a vanilla flavored protein powder for tropical or berry style smoothies. Try it out as an orange juice replacement in your smoothies.

I have no constipation issues. I bought this simply to add more fiber to my diet to promote good GI health, good blood pressure, good cholesterol, and good heart health. Occasionally I’ll get diarrhea from energy drinks or alcohol so I kept that in mind too.The flavor is orange and reminds me of tang. I did one cup of it and it was like mildly dense water texture but easy to take down - I did have to add more water to swish the rest out of my cup. After that I found it just easier to do two scoops in my mouth and chug a water bottle - twice a day.Unlike traditional fiber bars, I’m not farting all day. They barely carry an odor. And I’m passing stool at least once a day. Although this is my norm, what is different is the ease. I never strained either but this just slides out like soft serve without pressure. Formed. Like a type 3 to type 4. Consistently. Same color and texture. It just makes pooping so easy that I look forward to it.No complaints

Best fiber product. Doesn't clump as much as competitors, has a pleasant taste and works extremely well.

I take Metamucil regularly, and it does the job. Good value for the price. One odd thing I noticed about the most recent batch I bought on Amazon -- it does not congeal as much as the batch I bought 6-8 months ago at CVS. It seems like this batch is less dense, maybe between 30-50%. I can also tell when I leave it sit in a water bottle. The last one left a big jelly like blob about a third of the volume of the container. The new batch doesn't clump together as well or as much. I can tell the effects in my body as well. When you're taking a fiber supplement regularly you come to rely on taking a certain dose, since it can be hard for your body to adjust to even small changes in fiber. I would expect a company like Metamucil to have a more consistent product. Overall a good product for your health but I am disappointed in the inconsistency, and not really knowing what amount of fiber I'm actually taking.

Between new medication & 5 surgeries within a year, this has been a wonderful help for me. I wasn't thrilled with the taste at first, but found out that i could add a sweetener to it. Now it taste's like a refreshing drink.

Gotta have it.One trip in the morning for bathroom duty that is easy breezy and on schedule. Don't have to go back again till the next day.One spoonful after dinner each night and your good.

Good value I take once a day , add my fiber has helped my diverticulitis plus has aided in losing weight . I don’t mind the taste . If it thicken in you it like pudding so drink it as soon as you add water
