Is this polish safe for pregnant women?

I would not use it if I was pregnant. This polish contains benzophenone-3 (also known as oxybenzone), which is rated 8 (out of 10) for toxicity on SkinDeep cosmetic database www.ewg.org/skindeep. This ingredient is suspected for developmental and reproductive toxicity, cellular level changes, and photo allergenic and allergenic effects.

I searched non acrylic polish and this came up. Does it have acrylic in it? Is there even such a thing as non acrylic polish? Please help!

Can this be used as a base coat?
