I purchased a new 60” Bad Boy Elite zero turn mower and the ride was almost unbearable. Borderline horrible. After the first mow, I felt like a Mack truck hit me. I researched this kit and read all the reviews. I purchased this kit and figured it would be a pain to install, but might help with the uncomfortable ride I was experiencing. It was actually easy to install and the ride it gives is night and day. I mean, absolutely night and day. The mower seat is actually pretty comfortable to ride now. I would highly recommend this kit. If you’re on the fence about it, just do it, you won’t regret it.

This suspension kit made a world of difference in ride quality on my 2022 Bad Boy ZT Elite. Installation was pretty easy. No need for modifications or drilling holes. I’m 280 lbs and this thing holds me up, but I’ve almost maxed out the firm setting. After install I found the seat to be a couple of inches taller so the positioning of my feet had to be adjusted to compensate. I’m 6’3” and now I sit with my feet flat like I’m sitting in a kitchen chair. No big deal, it’s just something you’ll get accustomed to over time. I would highly recommend this product for anybody that finds themselves mowing several acres of rough yard like I do.

Little hard to assemble, but worth the money

I was surprised at the ride, I'm not sure the average homeowner could install it though?

As stated in other reviews (thank you), if you have certain models, like a badboy 54" mz magnum, you will need to drill the rear 2 seat mounting holes. I also didn't have an adjustable seat bracket and needed 1" spacers. I bought heavy duty rubber spacers to add even more cushion.....It completely surpassed my expectations, I have a couple bad disc's in my lower back and mow several acres of wild land, it's not smooth anywhere,....without this seat suspension 1 hour of mowing and I couldn't stand up straight or walk normal for 15 minutes.....with this setup, I can mow for hours without grimacing in pain..at all...the engineers who designed this are geniuses! I ordered the $10 set of spacers at the same time, and I have a shop with different sizes of grade 8 bolts on hand. so the install took about 40 minutes...only because I put it all together and forgot to splice/extend the seat safety switch wire and plug it back in before mounting the seat....so had to address that....It also moved my seat up and forward to a much better spot in relation to the control arms.....I am 6'3" and weigh 214lbs, this was a fantastic purchase,Dave

Having back issues this was a perfect addition to my zero turn. Easy to install and worth every penny it costs.

Bought this unit for my new Bad BOY Avenger. The info said it would fit my machine but it would not without alteration. The problem was evident immediately as the holes in the new unit were 1" off and the seat wouldn't line up to bolt it up. Thankfully I have connections with a local machine shop and they drill new holes to solve the issue After that the unit did bold up to the machine. Plug and play this unit is not!

Fits my 2022 ZT Elite perfectly. It will some spacers (I used some washers). It's width is adjustable so it is line with the holes. Check out Trac Seat Videos on how to adjust the width. Much better ride.
