Work great in my big Oklahoma Joe's smoker.
Great juicy brisket when wrapped after the meat has been smoked several hours. It holds the juices and "drives the flavor in" (as BBQ pro Mr. Massey used to say) when finishing the cooking process without drying the meat out. Good stuff.

Me pareció caro , pero si vale el precio
Es un papel excelente para hornear pan, galletas, etc. Muy delgado pero súper resistente y es posible lavarlo para otras sesiones de horneado.

Doesn't burn easily
I use it for bread with temperature 450 F for and hour and I didn't burn. The only down side, it doesn't have a cutter but I understand to reduce the waste. The paper is easy to cut anyway.
