SAW THIS COOK ON "CHOPPED" ON TV...THOUGHT I WOULD GET HER BOOK BECAUSE I ALWAYS WANTED TO KNOW HOW TO COOK INDIAN FOOD...UNFORTUNATELY THE RECIPES ARE AS COMPLICATED AS I THOUGHT THEY WOULD BE...DON'T USE IT AT ALL!
