I think fake.
It came without a box. Inside the pillow case it says it’s 100 percent polyester )whilst sold as satin). Contacted seller but waiting for response and it doesn’t fit the pillow either. Don’t buy!

The pillow case advertised for the pillow DOES NOT FIT????!!!! I even gave the benefit of doubt and ordered it 2 different times, thinking I just didn’t try hard enough to make it fit? Well NO! It’s not me . My husband even tried putting it on and he is a genius and he couldn’t do it! This pillow case absolutely unequivocally DOES NOT fit the pillow!!!! Very Frustrating to say the least!! I use my own bamboo case.

When you have a facelift, you need to keep your head elevated and not roll from side to side. In other words don't sleep on your face. I had been a stomach sleeper all my life. I didn't know how I was going to do this sleeping on my back sitting up in a chair. I purchased this pillow and it was like a miracle. It is so supportive, and the bumpers on either side of my face kept my head in place. Along with the satin cover, this product really helped me get through my recovery. After a month, I laid down again and continued sleeping on my back with this wonderful product. Sometimes I want to sleep on my side. This pillow works wonders for side sleeping because it is so soft on your face, yet supportive. This is one of the best products I've ever purchased!

Me confundí y pensé que era una almohada pero solo recibí una funda, bien hecha, pero habría que rellenarla, decidí regresarla y me reembolsaron sin contratiempos, prefiero comprar posteriormente una almohada con esas características, no solo la funda.
