Q: How to hang? I’ve never seen this type of bracket before

I put a piece of painters tape straight across the brackets, poke holes where the nails would be then put tape on wall using a level. Put nails where holes are on tape, pull tape Off wall, and hang the frame

Quite a bit, the part that holds art is roughly 3/4th of an inch.

Q: Do you need to tape the art piece to the mat in order to display it properly?

Yes but I taped a small piece of plastic in each corner and slide the art in front of it. It doesn’t show and you don’t have to take it off the wall or use tape each time.

Only purchase the Amazon version

I accidentally purchase the non Amazon supplier and have 2 frames from Amazon (excellent) and one from a 3rd party (not good quality and a different size frame).

Do not buy..way too expensive for the bad qualit

Very bad quality. The see through cover snapped the moment we opened it. Very light and plastic feel as well
