It looks very nice and I was excited to have it to stop using as much plastic. After a few days of use I noticed it would drip after you use the pump and it would go down the front of the dispenser and onto the counter/under and around the base of the silicon part of the bottle. So although I really like how it looks, it makes a mess that has to be cleaned up or it is slippery and gets on other things on your kitchen counter

I have tried to readjust and remove and replace everything, however it still does not work.I love the frosted glass bottle and the protective base. The contrast between the glass and grey is spot on.The bottle is just what I was looking for … if it worked.If it would have worked I would have given 5 stars.

Purchased this dispenser with their brand soap. The soap drips after you pump causing it to drip soap on the sink. Have to clean the soap off the sink every time. Not very happy with it for the price.

This is the worst design. The larger base means you’ll have plenty of soap still in it but the cheap plastic pump won’t be able to suck it up. It’s a piece of crap.

While this soap dispenser may be on the pricier side, it looks nice and overall feels sturdy. The only con is that the opening to pour soap in is fairly small so be careful not to make a mess!
