this is built well and is really great. My kids have pinched their fingers in the pull knob that releases our feet a couple times. other than that, it works really good. great quality. It was half the price than the exact item at big 5 sporting goods.

This works well. The reason we are giving it only 3 stars is because the massage is VERY LOUD!!! We can hear it throughout the entire house when the doors are closed. We have a 2 story. We can even hear it outside the house when it is on.

Very sturdy, I had back pains and this unit helped very much. Easy to assemble, has heat and vibration pad that fits on unit and is adjustable auto and manual control. It has preset positions ranging from 1/3, 2/3 to 100% incline. I personally use the 2/3 position with heat and massage. Feeling much better after a few weeks.

The best system I've seen! Assembly was step b step with the instructions and took less then an hour. My husband needed this for his back issues and is VERY happy with it. Highly recommend this product!

This table is phenomenal! Using it literally saved my brother from having back surgery. At the age of 40, he had an injury which had completely incapacitated him. He would literally crawl across the floor because he could not stand or sit for any amount of time without pain. We had spent quite a bit of money on a chiropractor who had helped him some but, after an MRI, had said his next step was probably surgery. A friend recommended that we try a table first and see if it helped with the pain but said that he could not recommended it as a cure all. Well... It worked!It is very easy and comfortable to use. In the beginning, when my brother's back was very bad, he could not bend down to lock his feet in so I had to help him off and on to table. He noticed a difference after the first use. After just a week of using it for 10 minutes at a time, 3 times a day, he was able to return to work doing landscaping. He still uses it 2 to 3 times a week for maintanance of spinal alignment and can do it all alone. Other members of my family have also borrowed and used this table with good results as well.It folds flat and I can fold down the rear seat in my minivan to transport it from his house to mine when we want to borrow it. It is very comfortable and very sturdy. Other cheaper tables are not so sturdy. This one is. I checked many different ones out in a retail store before purchasing this one. I highly recommend the use of this table especially if you have back issues. It is best to get yourself as relaxed as possible before using the table so that your spine can just 'fall' into aliment as you use the table. We use it without the heat and massage. Use a heating pad for just a few minutes before you get on the table and then you should be more relaxed and able to feel your spine as it 'pops' into alignment.The $230 is money well spent. Think of it this way... It pays for itself after saving you from going to the chiropractor just a few times. ☺
