Top quality guard, must have
Fits like a glove. I had the guard coated with bed liner product to increase its durability and looks

Very heavy duty and strong.
Absolutely love how it looks on the front of my 2021 trailboss. My only critique is that the instructions were a little bit difficult to understand in some places. The pictures are very helpful, but in black and white can be difficult to tell what you're looking at. This is a very minor critique. I was able to figure it out through a little trial and error and had it unboxed, assembled, and installed in about 3 hours. If you order this, be prepared to strip your front end all the way back to the radiator.

Plan for 2+ hour install w/ extra tools
The instructions only differentiate between vehicles with and without factory tow hooks. My truck has an intercooler for the turbo and that significantly added to the install time. The other reviewer who said you have to strip the entire front end...well, you do if you have a turbo. The only part that does not get removed is the front bumper. You should have a decent arsenal of tools, pneumatic will greatly help.Total time to assemble the guard was about 30 minutes, about 30 minutes to install top brackets, about 90 minutes to install the bottom driver side bracket (including disassembly of front end), about 15 minutes to install the passenger side bracket, about 20 minutes for reassembly and about 10 minutes to install the guard on the brackets. The problem is the long factory bolt (the one with nut) on the driver side for trucks with tow hook and turbo. There is not enough room to back the bolt out. I used a pneumatic jack hammer to work it out. A mallet, hammer and flat head screwdriver did not get it all the way out.If you have a turbo, strip the front end and use a pneumatic jack hammer to back the long tow hook bolt out, and reinstall with nut on opposite side.Do not overtorque nuts and if the nut does not easily screw in, it is the wrong one. The nuts for the t bolts and hex bolts are not the same. This is not a project for your average DIYer.

Wrong bolts
The T bolts that you put in the frame are not long enough to keep from spinning so I had to drill a hole and put a bolt in there to stop it from spinning so I could tighten them down

Trail Boss grill gaurd
I have installed a Go Rhino grill gaurd on my other truck and was pleased with it's look and performance. This grill gaurd for my 2020 Trail Boss , not only has noticeable improvements in design but also in Finnish. It is an awesome improvement to my Trail Boss.
