This naturally-flavored sugar created by Quai Sud from the south of France can be used in most any recipe you use white granulated sugar to add a hint of lavender. Substitute a tablespoon or more in your dessert or scone recipe, pairs especially well with lemon flavors (i.e. lavender cup cake with lemon icing topped with slivered almonds).
