Strong, sturdy
Strong and sturdy and looks good. I got my 80 year old brother one after his heart surgery and he loves it. He feels very dapper!

Good quality
After using this for over a year now I can say it's held up to the test of time,,,, so far. Sturdy design and solid construction, it has only two problems, the one is easily rectified, the base foot wears out very quickly but it is a wearable item so no worries there, the second however is harder to overcome. The handle being brass is thinner than I expected, but it's not uncomfortable, it is however susceptible to leaving black marks on your hands and the brass smell you get from brass items, I've rectified it by applying a coat of clear laquer, when it wears off it gets another coat, problem solved. So far only two coats in over 12 months, so pick a hard wearing clear gloss or satin laquer for whatever finish you want.

Don't know about value for money but they make but they make Great 'a little different' gifts.
have already bought two of these sticks, one for me and one as a present.The present "went down" so well have just bought another. For people myage...I am a Great Grandfather! leave it there... They make good [ a littledifferent ] gifts.

Rubbish.
Total garbage!!Put it together uses it once, it split in two and splintered where joint sections met.Now in the bin.
