Health Assessment for Nursing Practice

The product itself was great, the long time it took to get to my doorstep was horrible. It roughly took about 2 weeks. Im not sure what the issue was but I bought another book that used the exact same shipping style and I received that book, which was much heavier mind you, approx 5 business days. So if you want a product from this seller to get to you right away, maybe pay the extra for the expedited shipping or use another seller, otherwise the product came in excellent shape.

While I imagine it's not the most current edition, I bought this book to supplement my course book for health assessment and I found this book by Wilson to be more detailed and covered many procedures that were completely left out of my course text (by Hogan-Quigley). Also, the supplemental stuff (online access via evolve) was way better made and useful (e.g. test banks) than that provided by my course textbook.

Most books for nursing school I have sold, but I kept this one. It is simple and right to the point and has lots of pictures to help you. The size of the book is also one of the smaller books that I've had in nursing school, and it doesn't overwhelm you with uneccesary/wordy info.

this book was more helpful than the professor teaching from it. has alot of detailed info, and basics that come to use.

This book was one of my favorites in my first semester of nursing. It gets right to the point about how to assess and is organized by body system. The pictures are helpful, too. The CD it comes with is great too!
