The box is well-made and pretty. It's hard to find pretty filing boxes and this one even comes with matching index and recipe cards. It's not as deep as it appears in the photo (about 2 1/2 inches front to back) but it definitely holds the 200 cards advertised. Would be great as a shower gift with favorite family recipes included or if you need to store a subset of your recipes (say, baking) in a second box because you've outgrown the first. The only downside I can see is that the paper covering the box could get grubby over time and won't wipe off well. Other than that, it's a very nice little box.

This recipe box is exactly what I wanted. The box feels sturdy with an attached flip lid and the cards are nice and thick. The floral design is simple and pretty.I wish that they sold extra cards and dividers that match the ones that come with the box separately for when I will need more. Maybe they do and I just can't find where.

Not very sturdy or large. Made of cardboard, covered with smooth printed paper - which had a bubble in it (where printed paper was not smoothed-out.) However it worked for my purposes (to hold store coupons on kitchen counter) so I kept it. Recipe cards are cute/good quality.

I was so disappointed when it came. Yes, it is pretty, but that is about all. It is very cheaply made and barely opens, just made out of cardboard stuff. I'm sending it back. :( The recipe cards are pretty though, I wish I could keep them.

I purchased this cute recipe box for my 20-yr old granddaughter moving into her first apartment. Wanted to pass along some family recipes so she chose this design. The box itself is sturdy with colorful flowers. There are 10 category cards, which one can personally label. While they are certainly good quality,I wish there were more, at least 6 more for additional categories. The recipe cards are designed well and easy to write on. Because of the limited lines, it might be helpful to add an equal number of lined cards which could be used for longer recipe instructions. Overall, though, I am satisfied with this adorable design.

Love this set! My mom's recipe cards were old and strewn around the kitchen so I decided to get her new ones. The cards are pretty, thick, and you can write on them easily using a pen or sharpie (I've been using a micron pen). I also went ahead and bought a pack of refill cards to have on hand, and they also come with tabs to create your own recipe categories. Also, the box is so cute but won't take up a lot of space. Highly recommend!

I really liked the fresh floral look of the box and recipe cards. I wasn't paying attention to the depth of the box itself which is pretty shallow. The recipe cards have really wide gaps between the lines which makes a full recipe kind of hard to get on one card. Otherwise they are very pretty and the quality is as expected.

The box is pretty and sturdy as I expected, but what really impressed me were the recipe cards & dividers. They are made of sturdy stock, not flimsy cards like most. The cards are lined on both sides to provide ample room to write large recipes. Also several cards were provided. The dividers have blank tabs you can personalize to suit your recipes instead of standard categories.
