no this pump hooks directly to the motor

How does it connect to the motor?

The common method is to use a motor with a slot in the end of arbor shaft, and a standard coupling ring to secure the pump to the motor. Do a search and you will find motors with a slotted shaft.

will this pump work for a Lincoln precision tig 275?

I don’t have an answer for tig use, don’t know if this will help you but, I use this for pressurizing 52 degree water to 200 psi with continuous run times of up to 6 hours using a simple 0.5 HP 115V motor

What is the minimum psi this can be ajusted to?

Procon pump can give maximum 250 Psi providing that you hook it up with at least 0.75 Hp motor. The less horsepower gives less Psi
