Drinking 100% oz of water per day as instructed on a GLP-1 can really leave your electrolytes depleted. These are cost-effective and have no downsides I can see.

I've been taking electrolyte pills for years. First took the Hammer Nutrition pills that were very similar to these. Guess they went out of business so I have tried these and just finished my first bottle. Much easier to take when running or exercising in my opinion. I've run many races and was severely dehydrated. I found these and will always take them. I also ride my bike to work and on those hot and humid days I'll be sure to take a few to be sure I'm not sweating out all my water. There are also times when working in the yard and I'll take them. You have to keep salt in your system so that your body can absorb that water. These are a great alternative to sports drinks much cheaper and in my opinion more effective.

For the past decade I have slowed down or stopped all intense exercise (long runs, etc) because I would almost always feel like I had a hangover (often leading to a migraine) the next day even if I was perfectly hydrated. Sometimes Gatorade helped and sometimes not. The symptoms of electrolyte deficiency fit me so I decided to try these capsules since I didn't want to mess with mix-in options. These are a game changer! I can go on long bike rides in the heat and not have to worry about needing a day or two to recover. I love the capsule form! So easy to take and carry with me. I take one before a ride and one or two after depending on how far I went. I will be a loyal customer!

I like the ease in taking electrolytes in a capsule. No odd flavors to try to get down like powders.

I have ADHD and need extra electrolytes and after finishing a bottle of these I’ve noticed I don’t have as bad of a stimulant crash at the end of the day. Not to mention saving me from many a nasty hangover. Definitely worth having these on hand.

Great alternative to powders or bottled eletrolyte drinks

It has electrolytes in it, but it also contains B-6 and zinc. These may be cofactors of some sort, but they should be listed in the description especially if you aren't showing the back of the supplement container. No where could I find that it has other things besides electrolytes in it. (they may change it up after this review) I cannot take b-6 at all as it causes me to have cystic acne and I have never had acne in my life. Needless to say I am furious over purchasing a misleading product.EDIT: AFTER POSTING MY REVIEW KEY NUTRIENTS REACHED OUT TO ME TO OFFER A FULL REFUND WHICH I APPRECIATE.
