PICNIC TIME - Country Vintage Picnic Basket with Lid - Wicker Picnic Basket for 2, (Red & White Gingham Pattern)

Just received mines today and it feels sturdy. It is very pretty :) can’t wait to use it!

I had mixed feelings before receiving it. There were some pretty bad reviews as in its cheap material because of the price and I was worried it might be small. However, I was surprised when I got it. It’s nice material. I’ve had it for few months now. It’s so pretty and it’s really just your average picnic basket. My husband and I love to use it. You can also fit a good amount of things in there.

***Updated review***As I stated in my review, I love the basket so much that I planned to buy one for myself. Not only did I order one for my self, I ordered another one to give as a gift. Today is cyber Monday. I decided to purchase a 4th basket and send it as a gift. I paid $39.95 each for the 3 baskets I purchased. Today, the price is $94.28??!!! On cyber Monday?? The price more than doubled! I love the basket, but it is NOT worth $94.28. It is $94.28 on Amazon and on the manufacturer website. I'll be looking for another gift if the price is not reduced to $39.95.The picnic basket is beautiful, very roomy, and just as described. It was packed, nicely, too. No damage and nothing was missing. The basket is a gift for my daughter, but I like it so much that I am going to purchase one for myself.

This picnic basket worked perfectly for me and my fiancé! It works very well as a two person picnic basket. It is very sturdy, and I love that the lining is removable so you can wash it. The lids are held together with two strips of leather, or something like leather, that uses velcro. They do come apart a little easier than I expected, but it isn't very complicated to put them back together so It wasn't a big issue for me. All in all I am more than happy with this purchase, and can't wait to use this basket over and over again.

My daughter has always wanted to have a "real picnic". You know, the kind with a basket packed with lemonade, sandwiches, cake, fruit salad and pasta salad, all to be enjoyed while relaxing on a red&white checkered sheet under the shade of a big tree at the park, on a perfect breezy day with blue skies & puffy white clouds. I decided to surprise her with a picnic for her birthday, just the way she described it.It wouldn't have been a real picnic without a real picnic basket! This basket is beautiful! It's very sturdy and roomy. The cloth lining can be easily removed and washed. The lids open toward the center and are secured with adjustable leather & Velcro straps.Everything in this photo fit into the basket, along with a few other items. I was hesitant to spend so much money on a basket that I'll probably never use again, but it was totally worth it, to give my daughter the "real picnic" she's always wanted.

I used this on my very first picnic date. All I have to say is that this basket it literally perfect.It's big in size, depth, and can hold pretty heave things with ease. No cracking nothing breaking, it's perfect.If you want a classic picnic basket this is the best one you can buy!! It will last as well as look super cute at a park.

Came on time , in great shape, great quality, opens from both top lids, big enough to fit 8 small jars, napkins, 2 big food box containers filled with great snacks.. it was the centre piece of our picnic and the source of great goodies .. v. Joyful
