Once the bottle is opened, does it need to be refrigerated?

I just keep sealed in a dark area and it is fine. Never have refrigerated after opening.

What are the ingredients?

Purified water, microcrystalline cellulose, carboxymethylcellulose sodium, xanthan gum, carrageenan, calcium sulfate, trisodium phosphate, citric acid and sodium phosphate as buffers, dimethicone antifoam emulsion. Preserved with methylparaben and potassium sorbate.

Will this dissolve powders completely?

This product is used for forming a uniform suspension of powders in a liquid primarily to prevent the particles from settling to the bottom by increasing the viscosity of the dosing liquid. The excipients in this formulation are unlikely to provide any additional solubilization beyond what you see in water, given that water is the liquid component of this product.

It's a translucent off-white. It can be colored with food color and flavored with artificial sweeteners like Mio if necessary and permitted (depending on the medication).
