The instructions are in Russian and I could never figure out how to make it do anything!
Amazon sells a couple of these devices. This is the second one I ordered and neither had instructions that were useable. I wanted to make some containers for parts from old cans. I'm still loooking for the tool that rolls over the lip of the can.
