Install them as soon as they came in so far no issues. Have not tried them out with a sling as of yet but the installation was easy

IWC (Impact Weapons Components) SCAR QD Sling Adapters Are Made of STEEL(not aluminum)
I've had my SCAR 17S since 2012, I used GG&G, KDG and PMM QD sling adapters which are all made of aluminum, they didn't hold up and the limited rotation capability quickly wore away.Then I got my first IWC QD adapter and right away noticed it was STEEL and here I am 5 years and 8,500rds later and they are as tight and GTG as the day I bought it. I have since bought 2 more(including the right rear not listed on Amazon) and expect them to last the life of this SCAR 17S.Fun Fact: If you have an extended forend the IWC QD Sling adapter is a great place to park the web of your weak hand thumb when shooting fast offhand with a sling.
