Initially I was confused to pick the right size. Felt size s many be smaller than 32 inch, but this one fit perfectly and contain very good elastic.Material and coverage was also good. Highly recommended for workout.

Should be padded
Good material good fit but it does not have pads, so if you are comfortable wearing a non-padded sports bra is good to go.
