Some have stated they got more energy with these, I however have not felt any more energized. I have though, since day 1 of starting these, had a huge decrease in appetite which has helped me lose 8 lbs so far! One of my biggest issues was snacking and I'm praising these for helping me with that issue. I'm able to eat much smaller portions without left feeling like I'm still starving. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase of these and how they're working, especially for the price!!

I have struggled with finding the right suppressant for myself. I always feel so sick and my stomach hurts a lot. But my body reacted really well to these and although I have not experienced the desired weight loss yet (3 weeks of use), I have definitely been feeling more energetic and eating less. I am about 10 pounds heavier than my goal weight, but I am at a healthy weight and therefore it's a little harder to lose those last pounds when your body is happy with them. I do recommend this product if you are an excessive snacker and need something to help suppress your appetite.

I wanted to wait to do a review after 2 months. I'm getting ready to order my 3rd bottle!!! I'm very happy with this product!!! I have been steadily loosing weight without the jitters/nerves or other side effects I've gotten from other diet pills before. It helps to use the bathroom in a smooth natural way, no high and no side effects whatsoever. I don't have the time to workout but it's still helped me to get back to my healthy weight. I've lost 20 pounds in 2 months and that's amazing for me.

Ive gone through a few bottles and it still does the job. Nutrition stores will sell you crap that makes you feel like you're gonna have a heart attack and also pop on a drug test. This wont I promise. great energy for cardio or lifting. I will keep re ordering

I am using this mostly to help tame my appetite as I try to get myself back in shape. The supplement has giving the extra boost I have needed to keep myself on track. So far so good...

It gives the jitters that I hate 😡 the most. My heart started beating super fast and my hands trembling. I had to stopped taking them. Two stars because it does supress my appetite.

I really like this product. So far I’ve noticed decreased appetite and I’ve lost 5 pounds. I do go to the gym and have tried to watch what I eat. But I’m am definitely getting fuller faster. Thank you!
