I use them for golf. The fit well and my joint pain seems to reduce. If nothing else it gives me confidence to hit down on the ball that I was missing. I'm about 10 games in all fine so far.

Have some tendinitis in middle finger—now wear this sleeve when playing golf & stabilizes the joints-good product

Very tight on my middle finger. Bought it with another cheep brand that work lot better. No reference to sizing and you won't know until you brake the packaging. It stops the blood flow to my finger. If you an average size person with average size of hands, get big size. Not worth the return. I'll give it to my petite wife, if she needs it.

medium glove medium fits perfectly

I love this finger sleeve, the medium size fit my middle finger perfectly. My finger is swollen and needs the sleeve to protect during basketball game to avoid further injury.
