Yes, the Peanut Changer will fit into a 32" x 16.5” changing table. Because of its squeezable material, it has some 'give' to it.

Q: Is it possible to remove the changing belt and then reattach it in another location?

Yes I would think so. I just have the belt under and haven't used the sticky part yet and it's been working out.
