A delicous French Roast, perfect for everday drinking.
I've tried coffees from all aroundthe world, from all the best shops. This one just hits right with me. Nice strong, rounded flavour. Bold but smooth. It's become my daily choice.The grind is fairly coarse so use with a cafetiere/french press. I use a 30ml scoop per cup and brew around 4mins. This makes the perfectly balanced cup.The price seems high, but note you're getting nearly 1kg of coffee here and it lasts a good while, so I consider it vey good value.Enjoy! ☕

Subscription but Price has increaed by a lot
I have only given 1 Star because the Pricce even via Subscription has Icreased so much this time around.The Subscription has stayed at 5% and is to expensive.Seems that many Amazon products are increasing in PriceSome items are now cheaper elseware than AmazonThe product is ok but would still only be 3-4 *

Excellent roast...although whole beans at a price
Love this dark roast but why have the whole beans more than doubled in cost since last July when other SFB roasts have largely maintained their prices...?

Smells like fishy tobacco
Tastes better than it smell. Drinkable coffee. Smells gross like fishy tobacco. Luckily it doesn’t taste like it smells.I won’t buy it again.
