Healthy plant.
Plant was received in good condition and is doing well so far. It has lovely little orange leaves on it at the moment. Hopefully, it continues to do well.

Great specimen
Arrived well packaged, healthy, large and bushy Acer. Also bought another variety from the same company at the same time, which was a small, pathetic, weedy specimen, with shrivelled leaves and broken stems.I can only say that you can’t guarantee the quality of this company.

Recommended seller. Beautiful healthy acer happily growing in wooden container. The plant arrived on time. Excellent price. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Arrived with dry upper leaves
A beautiful Acer, sturdy enough but about a 1/3rd of the upper leaves were dry or dead on delivery.

Terrible? Look elsewhere
I’m wary of buying plants online, but wanting to increase my stock of acers, took a chance on this. It was actually one of two, the other being from a different supplier. They both arrived in October so obviously weren’t in leaf, but I cared for it and all my others over winter. (I have around nine, the oldest one for almost 30 years so I’m no novice). We are now in late April and all my other plants are in full leaf, but as you can see from the photo, this one is dead.I’ve tried Amazon’s refund service but the online option won’t work as apparently this purchase, of six months ago, is too old. Really? What happened to the Sales of Goods Act? And why isn’t this extended for plants that are dormant in winter so you have no way of knowing if they are defective or not until much later? The only option is to return it - and who is going to do that for a hefty plant?I’m really annoyed; I bought these in my mum’s memory, and it’s money down the drain. I certainly won’t bother again.
