compre dos teléfonos y uno no funciona, mi empresa es de atención telefónica y nos esta ocasionando muchos perjuicios, ya que no hay manera de comunicarse con el vendedor para efectuar un cambio.Necesito solucionar urgente este problema y no se como.

Moin,wir haben jetzt die empfohlenen IP Telefone an der Digibox der Telekom durchgetestet (Bintec 630 und 680). Da die Mitarbeiter aber aus verschiedenen Gründen unzufrieden waren musste was anderes her. Bis jetzt ist das Grandmaster bestens. Die Installation hat (entgegen einigen anderen Rezensionen) binnen 10 Minuten. Grundkenntnisse in SIP- und Netzwerkkonfiguration sollten allerdings vorhanden sein, es ist kein Plug & Play Gerät und als Laie ist es ggf. anspruchsvoll.Ansonsten kann ich aus funktionaler Sicht nur sagen: Super! Viele Konfigurationsmöglichkeiten, intuitive Bedienung, schnelle Reaktionszeiten. Das Design hat zwar noch etwas Luft nach oben, aber mal ehrlich: Es ist ein Telefon. Und bei einem Telefon ist mir wichtiger, dass es reibungslos mit dem Headset läuft.
