KFI Products(100620 2" Universal Receiver Carrier Mount with Handle

Saw somewhere it would fit a 9,000lb so I thought it would fit a 12,000lb cause they have the same bolt pattern most of the time but I think it’s meant for a 3,500-5,500lb winch and a 2,500 if it has a 4bolt pattern not a 2bolt style like the harbor freight ones

I bought this 2" receiver KFI winch mount so i could use my Champion 4500lb. winch on either my rear or front receiver hitch on my F150. The winch fit perfecly on the KFI mount,although i had to get 30mm long bolts because the 25mm bolts that came with the winch were too short ounce you added the mount to it. It is really handy to be able to just pick it up and slide it into either hitch receiver. I have done some fairly heavy winching and it has worked well. It seems well built yet light enough to move around.I am quite happy with this mount and i think i will get a lot of use out of it.Have a great day.

Along with the KFI fairlead bracket and mounting spacers fit my new Warn 55-S perfectly. Easy bolt together and looks sturdy as all get out.My project is a receiver mounted winch that will fit on the reasr of my truck, the bucket of my Kubota, and the rear draw hitch of the Kubota.Good value for me.

Excellent winch mount. Well made. Champion 4000 lb winch bolted to it without needing any modifications.

This mount is fairly well made although it is not very heavy and the 2 inch shank is very short. From the center of the pin to the plate is only 3 inches. I planed to use it on the front and back of my Jeep but I figure I'll have to get an extension for the back to clear the spare tire. I wound not use this mount for over a 2000-2500 lb pull winch. I also own a Guide Gear carrier which is probably better. I haven't used either in actual heavy duty use so not sure which is more durable. I wouldn't buy this item again.

Looked good in the pictures but when I received the product my 4k lb Superwinch would not mount on it. The problem is the upturned bends that form the handles, The bent up sheet metal interferes the winch motor on one side. If the mounting plate had just been left flat this product would have fit most winches, but with the design as sold not so much. I had to use spacers to lift the winch body up enough to clear the handle on the winch motor side, which will reduce the strength of the mount. The bends are a dumb design decision since it adds to the fabrication cost to make two bends, which add nothing to the usability of the product, and results in a product that could have been nearly universal but is not.

Don't listen to the idiot who also reviewed this product, it is made of excellent quality steel. It is excellent for just slipping your winch in and out of a hitch. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that there is a little more play in where the hitch insert is at than I would like but not enough to not highly recommend this excellent product

This KFI 2" receiver was just the ticket to be able to mount my new superwinch on the front of my atv. I even wired it so I could mount the winch to the front or back of my atv whichever worked the best to pull my quad out of trouble. It is heavy duty and can withstand the pull/stress of the 3500 lb winch even using a snatch block.
