PHILIPSRespironics DreamWear Nasal Cushion (Large)

This nasal feature is a better one than I originally had (a hard plastic one that fit over the bridge of my nose). This one is a perfect fit, comfortable, and it stays in place. The bridge of my nose if FREE from pain and nightly bruising. I had to update the other parts of my face mask to fit this piece. In all, I spent around 30.00, and I am thankful because I needed a doctor's apt. and a new RX to get my replaced.

I have used the Philips Dream Wear mask for over 10 years and always have to pay out of my own pocket to replace anything on it. I don't like having to get an RX from my doctor just to replace something so I'm happy to find this large nasal cushion available on Amazon without the use of an RX. The price has gone up a little bit since the last time I bought it but at least it's the right size (L) which is hard to find on-line anymore. I wish they would package it as a twofer like some companies do for the M or S size. I will continue to buy this nasal cushion thru Amazon as much as I can. It is comfortable to wear and last a long time! The vendor sent the package quickly & I got it before the estimated date & in great shape.I recommend this product for anyone who has a Philips Dream Wear system.

This is the newer design than the original one for my CPAP it fits the head gear just fine and is reasonably comfortable and priced well.

Super comfortable. I am thankful that I was able to find these masks on Amazon. I am new to CPAP. My respiratory therapist had told me I should wear a medium mask. I started with the medium nasal pillows. It made my nostrils sore. So I tried a small in the pillow variety and it worked really well. Curiosity led me to try the cushion variety, which is what led me to buy this. I found that in the cushion style I can wear a medium or a large but that the small was a little too small.. The large gives ample airflow– maybe not extremely more than the medium but a little bit more. Super super comfortable and well worth the purchase.

Works like OEM?

My sleep Dr technician suggested this instead of a nasal mask. Much more comfortable and less leaking of air as I sleep. Highly recommend.
