My doctor wants me to take 2000 IUs of D3 daily because a blood test showed I was low on D3. I get 900 IUs from other multi's I take, so I only need 1000 IUs and this tablet is perfect. I decided on this brand of D3 because I subscribe to an independent lab company that tests claims for potency, ingredients and heavy metals and Source Naturals tests well. I have taken as many as 2 of this little tablets, on an empty stomach, in the morning and no nausea. As a child, I choked on food that required the heimlich maneuver, so swallowing pills always brings anxiety for me. The tablets are small and coated so they swallow easily.

The tablets are small & very easy to swallow. Will update...when I have bloodwork again...& write more about this vitamin D3. Hoping it helps get my vitamin D3 up to normal range.
