I was VERY EXCITED to receive this product and I was IMMEDIATELY disappointed. It only works for about an hour before turning off. It looks beautiful but DOES NOT work well. I was unable to send it back because it was purchased during the COVID-19 outbreak and we were housebound. It may be that the one I got was defective. So it was a complete loss of resources. I wish that the manufactors would send me another one to replace what may have been a defective one. I have seen other reviews that were good and one that seemed to have the same problem that I had. I was very disappointed. On the other hand for the hour that it worked it worked really well.

I was so happy when it finally arrived. I started to use it right a way only to find out that it shuts off after a very short time. I'm not sure if it is a defective product, and I have other diffusers, so there has to be defects in this one. It just costs too much to send back. If I somehow get it working correctly, I will update my review.That is the con...the pro is it looks really nice on the table...but I didn't order a table piece.

I bought a duplicate in the deep brown color and have not had this issue. I wish the manufacturer would replace.

Looks really nice, and for anyone reading these reviews saying it shuts off too soon you press the on button again to change time on. And led will be lit up under timer, you can have 1 hour, 3 hours or 6.

The esthetic of the look just adds to the fact that it does not beep as the cycle ends so you can run it as you sleep but you have to pick for how long. It has the following three choices of time: 1 hour, 3 hours or 6 hours. As a light sleeper I found this to be a gem.

I enjoyed this the first three days and then the light completely stopped working. I am returning. It is so frustrating and a hassle to return. I am disappointed.

Great diffuser...I use it at work. I've received a bunch of compliments on it. People love it and have gotten diffusers for their homes or office since seeing mine. It's easy to use and supper cute light up features. I would recommend and certainly purchase again.

I like the choices for time-use, lighting and the varied colours. I have chosen to use distilled water in this unit as I am in country on a well system with hard water. My previous diffuser did not last as long as I would have wanted.

Amazon needs to remove this product from their website. The cheapest and non functioning product. When you ask the seller for a refund, the seller is very unprofessional and needs to learn some manners on how to speak to their customers.

I found it very discreet looking. It's conservation fetures. I found very impressive.

Nice looking product but timer function does not work. Shuts off after a few minutes of use.
