Should have bought something like this years ago. Would have saved a lot of hassle running cables. Short sections mean that you can assemble lengths in awkward spaces.

Handy kit
Handy kit to have. Ive used it on several occasions. Used for routing cables on my camper van and my motorcycles .pretty sturdy and flexible. Comes in a nice plastic tube for storage and fits nicely in the toolbox.

Well worth the money.
The product is superb, it has saved me so much time versus manual ways to get various electrical, aerial, hdmi cables etc etc through walls.

Bad
Anyone who has ever tried threading cable through walls knows that it can be a frustrating enough task without the 'assisting' product annoying the living bejeezus out of you at every turn (Pun indended) The brass connectors are not flush with the rods so acted like hooks, catching on everything as though that's what they'd been designed to do. Also, two of the rods broke much too easily. The funny thing is, I can't bring myself to throw this 'kit' away because, although it's useless for its intended purpose, it might be useful one day for a job where I need a 'pokey thing'. Cannot recommend this product.

Flexible
Made an otherwise impossible job possible, getting a cable up a cavity wall into the roof void was a breeze with this set.

Break easily!
Not great against any resistance. Slight bend caused thread section to snap off. Colleague bought same set and had the same problem on the same job
