Great quality
Great rope, awesome weight and seems very durable with my use. Amazing how much faster you will be able to spin a lighter rope after using this for a while.

Very solid rope
A heavy, solid jump rope. Exactly what I was looking for. The handles do not rotate but this isn't a problem. Just simply hold it loosely as you jump and allow it to turn on its own. You won't be skipping this rope fast do to the weight

Durable
I only rated it 4 stars because in the video, the guy said it comes with a massage ball, rope & workout booklet. It did not come with a massage ball. The rope is of great quality for the price. It was a little difficult to use @ first, but I got the hang of it. The weight is idea for a challenging workout. The grip (handles) are very durable. The rope will hold up for a long time. The workout booklet is helpful. Everything comes in a nice nylon drawstring bag. I'm happy with my purchase, overall.

The weight of this rope is great
The weight of this rope is great. It felt a bit heavy when I first started jumping, but it got easier as I kept going. Now, I use 2kg sandbags on both hands and swing the rope in circles to work on my core and arm strength.

Hard to turn with handles
The quality of this item is great but once you start jumping it’s hard to turn the handles. They don’t have a swivel or anything so you have to almost let go of it while you’re jumping or let it get twisted. I returned /:
